A new chapter is beginning at St Mary’s. We are delighted to announce that we plan to become co-educational from September 2027, welcoming boys into our Prep School and, through a phased approach, our Senior School and Sixth Form. Our Nursery will begin welcoming boys from January 2027.
There has never been a more exciting time to discover St Mary’s.
Just 20 minutes from Central London and a short walk from the station, St Mary’s is an independent day school at the heart of Gerrards Cross. We have several buses routes serving the local area.

Come and see St Mary’s School in action! Discover how we nurture every child’s potential, building confidence, skills, and a love of learning in a supportive, inspiring environment. On the day you will meet:
- Lars Fox, our Head
- A Senior House Pupil, who will take you on a guided tour
- Liz Szczerbiak, our Registrar, who will guide you through the admissions process and answer any questions you may have

Prep in Action (Nursery – Year 6)
Come and experience for yourself our dynamic, joyful, and future-focused approach to learning.

Stay, Play and Learn (Nursery & Reception)
For families exploring Nursery or Reception, our Stay, Play and Learn sessions offer a wonderful way to experience Early Years at St Mary’s.
We warmly welcome your child/children to join these sessions. Offers of places are made following your visit, and your child’s start date will be determined by when they turn two.
- Saturday 7 November, 9.30am-10.15am (ages 1-2) and 10.30am – 11.15am (ages 2-4)
