Each year we are incredibly proud of the GCSE results achieved by our Year 11 students. Through dedicated teaching, an inspiring commitment to study from students, and a calm approach to exams, our girls excel year on year.

GCSE Results 2025

The excellent GCSE results achieved by St Mary’s School’s Year 11 students reflected their commitment and sustained hard work, focus, and resilience. Building on the strong foundation developed in Years 7-10, their dedication in the months leading up to the exams played a significant role in the success they achieved. We were proud of how students demonstrated a mature and committed approach to learning through their GCSE courses. On average, students achieved almost one grade higher than their baseline data projected, showing the strong ‘value added’ a St Mary’s education provides, through excellent teaching, structured revision programmes, and strong pastoral support before and during the examination process.
